Most of the doors in Valencia are wooden or iron strongholds which will not let in one ray of sunshine. Then there are a couple of iron grille doors which look beautifully crafted with intricate details on the portals above. Overall the doors are strong though and out of wood.
What a difference to Bari though, which is also in the south, but has doors with a grille on top to get the air circulating. I wonder why Valencians close themself off to the outer world? Is it hotter her in summer than in Bari? Is there no air circulation? Questions over questions and no one here to answer. Let me know me if you find a reason. Yours, Pollybert
