The weekend trip to Prague was a short one and also very spontaneous. But isn’t that the best way to travel? Hop on a train for a couple of hours and see something new. So Prague wasn’t new for me but I saw it with new eyes. The city is magical with a lot of beautiful renovated houses. And since the houses are in such wonderful state the doors are as well. Most doors are a mix of wood and glass, but some are iron grille only. What is especially impressing are the stately portals. Look at the statues flanking the door or looking down. I have included also a pictures of some details. Please see below the doors and a manhole cover which I discovered while I walked around the old town of Prague. Yours, Pollybert
About me
Traveling is a way of life. While doing so I taste everything a country has to offer, and read a lot. There is nothing better though than enjoying all three at the same time. So come along for the ride.
