Of course the day was not ending at all. After cruising around Paxos all morning we finally made our way to Antipaxos.

The afternoon was spent on this small island where we had a real sandy beach. Until now it was mostly rocks or pebble beaches, so to have a sandy beach impressed us immensely. The turquoise water and the sand can’t be better than in the Caribbean.

When we arrived back in Gaios, we all had the glow. The glow of a little too much sun. Although it was already 5:30 the air was still and the sun was super intense, which we hadn’t realized while on the boat.

As a result we needed to get out of the sun and in the shade right away. Therefore we walked to the small beach near Gaios for a final swim before meeting Lili for an early evening ouzo. After all we really deserved that one after a long day cruising with Captain Yiannis. Yours, Pollybert
