Our last full day started as usual, with Pat and me being awake and in search of sustenance. I wonder if it was the beer from the night before that always made me so hungry since I usually don’t eat breakfast (at least during workdays). We ended up having breakfast at the Liberty Breakfast Room, which was expensive (like everything on Mykonos) but delicious.
Our last day we spent at Agios Ioannis beach. Different from the other beaches, smaller and less crowded with a nice restaurant beside it. We had a late lunch here and it was a great idea because directly from the beach we left to party.
C and I took the bus to Scorpios Club where the party was already in full swing. Sundays it was the evening to be, so glad that we finally made it. Pat wanted to arrive in style and therefore went home to change. Not us but after a couple of beers we fit right in.
The next morning dawned with a bit of headache but since it was our last day I wanted to go one last time in to Mykonos town for some coffee. Also the legendary windmills I had only seen from afar until then. So lots to do on this last day. In the end it still left some time to relax at the pool of Paola’s Town. It was a lovely vacation even though already ages ago. Yours, Pollybert
