One of the the best things of traveling in summer is the many flowers. Everything looks so much better when there are flowers around. Especially in June when Croatia has not been parched by a dry summer and everything is still lush and green. The villagers of Rovinj and Valle d’Istria plant flowers and foliage in abundance and they are really all over the place. Like around doors and balconies, but in such a vastness that one almost doesn’t see the object anymore where they are placed. In any case it looked beautiful. Yours, Pollybert
