Most doors in Warsaw looked impressive. Especially because some of the ornamentation around the door frame was stunning. I really do like the ship above the door. But also the latticework is beautifully done. Quite simple but in its simplicity quite eye-popping. The tour around the former Jewish ghetto yielded a door stop from 1898. These stops were actually for the carriages. If you drove one wider than the stop, then there was no way through. Love these small details. Yours, Pollybert
About me
Traveling is a way of life. While doing so I taste everything a country has to offer, and read a lot. There is nothing better though than enjoying all three at the same time. So come along for the ride.
